WestSide Programs

We create an environment that provides hope, builds strong relationships, and fosters deep academic learning, so students realize their full potential.

Who We Serve
WestSide is a small, flexible school designed to help students succeed. Many of our students are behind in credits, while others come because of social anxiety, medical needs, or a lack of connection to school. Our small class sizes, self-paced learning, and focus on relationships create a safe and supportive place to thrive.

How WestSide Works One Pager

Small Class Sizes

With fewer students in each class, teachers can check in daily and provide personalized support. Teachers closely track student progress and adjust their help so that students stay on track.

Self-Paced Learning

Students work at their own pace. Progress depends on effort, not seat time. Students set quarterly goals with their Grad Team teacher, aligned with their graduation date.

Relationship-Focused Teaching

We believe that strong relationships are key to learning. Our staff use trauma-informed practices, value inclusion, and create a safe environment where students feel known and supported.

Support Systems

If a student struggles with attendance, progress, or engagement, we step in to help. We work with the student to put supports in place, and families are kept informed as we add additional support or accountability.

Every student has potential. At WestSide High School, we create a safe, relationship-centered environment built on hope and deep academic learning — so every student can realize theirs.
